Hello? Is this thing on?

I really need to start taking advantage of the blog. People are constantly asking me if I have one.

Modula-2 activity picking up.

There is currently a lot of new activity going on in the worlds of Modula-2, Modula-3, Pascal, and Oberon/Oberon-2. Couldn't happen to a nicer group of languages.

If you're a fan of these languages, stop on by http://webchat.freenode.net/?channels=modula-2 and meet some fellow enthusiasts.

Hi

I've decided to start a blog. Normally, I put everything on my own site, but I've decided to temporarily stop running the server on my computer.

I took the name Pokey for a few reasons. Mainly because it was the one available amongst my choices. Pokey was a digital I/O chip on the Atari 8-bit computers, computers that I'm still fond of. In addition, being an older person, it seemed descriptive.
